Return Policy

Our products undergo meticulous inspection prior to shipment. As a result, we cannot offer refunds or returns for any candles that have been used. However, we will happily issue a refund for items that are damaged upon delivery. For this, please provide photographic evidence and email ([email protected]) to us within three days of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES. 

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with all returned items.  Upon approval we will send you a return address to ship your items to us.  Once we receive your return we will refund the original purchase price to the original method used.

DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR SHIPPING LABEL.
